2. Data processed
When the form is used or contact is made by email, identification and contact data may be processed—such as name, email address and telephone number when provided—together with the information contained in the message and the minimum technical data required for the security and operation of the service.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to enquiries and preparing proposals: taking pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject.
- Providing and managing contracted services: performance of the contractual relationship and compliance with legal obligations.
- Protecting the website and preventing abuse: legitimate interest in maintaining the security, availability and integrity of systems.
Regular marketing communications will not be sent without a valid legal basis and, where required, specific consent.
4. Recipients
Personal data will not be sold or disclosed to third parties except where required by law. Necessary providers of web hosting, email, technical support or administrative management may have access under the required safeguards and contracts.
5. International transfers
Where providers located outside the European Economic Area are used, valid GDPR mechanisms will apply, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. The specific list of providers must be updated once the final hosting, email and external tools have been selected.
6. Retention
Enquiries will be retained for the time needed to respond and, as a general rule, for up to twelve months after the last communication, unless a contractual relationship begins or a legal obligation requires a different period. Customer data will be retained for the duration of the relationship and for the applicable statutory liability and tax-documentation periods.
7. Rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and may withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. To exercise these rights, write to info@digitalcore.es and state which right you wish to exercise. Reasonable information may be requested to verify your identity.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you believe that the processing does not comply with applicable law.
8. Contact form
The checkbox next to the form confirms that the basic data protection information has been displayed. It does not constitute consent to receive advertising. Providing a telephone number is optional and it will only be used to respond through that channel when supplied.
9. Security and updates
Technical and organisational measures proportionate to the risk will be applied. This policy will be updated whenever processing activities, providers or regulatory requirements change.
